Williams Adobe (Rancho Santa Ana del Chino) Est. 1839
California State Historic Landmark 942
Built in the 1840s by Isaac Williams and located about 3 miles south of the town of Chino. On September 27, 1846, the Battle of Chino took place here between Californios and Americans led by Benjamin D. Wilson. The American were barricaded in the adobe were taken prisoners when the Mexican troops threatened to set fire to the tar roof of the house. The rancho was later a stop on the Butterfield Stage Route 1858-1861. The adobe long since disappeared. A San Bernardino County marker is at Eucalyptus Avenue at the (SR 71) Corona Expressway. State Landmark No. 942 is at 4440 Eucalyptus Avenue, Chino.

Red Hill Country Club, Rancho Cucamonga. Built in 1839 on the southeast slope of Red Hill. It was west of the winery at 8916 Foothill Boulevard and across from Cucamonga Creek.
